the vastrakala saree. we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our saree's we understand that shopping online can be tricky, so we have designed a simple, transparent policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

We strive to ensure your saree arrives in perfect condition. however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase , we have a clear return process to assist you.

  1. How to initiate a return policy 
  • Time frame : return requests must be raised within 4 - 7 days of delivery. 
  • email us : send an email to [ thevastrakalasarees19@gamil.com ] with your order id, reason for return, and photographs or video  of the product. 
  • mandatory unboxing video : to ensure a fair and quickly resolution, a continuous, unedited, and high-quality unpacking video is mandatory for all returns claims, particularly for defective or damaged items. for damaged or defective items, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Often require an unboxing video or photos to prove the defect, usually to be reported within 48 hours to 3 days.
  • Condition : items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original, un-tailored condition. the saree must be return with original folding, tags, labels, and packaging items.
  • Approval : our team will review your request and approve it within 48 to 3 days working hours.
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging (including saree folding) are intact.

       2. Non-returnable sarees policy.

we strive to provide the highest quality products. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted, handloom, and premium sarees, and to ensure hygiene, we operate under a Strict No-Return/No-Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged : 

  • Custom - stitches sarees or blouse tailoring services.
  • Products on clearance or final sale.
  • sarees damaged due to misuse or improper handing after delivery. 
  • Customisations . Sarees with stitched blouses, fall and edging done, or personalised tailoring are not eligible for return.

  • Customised sarees : any saree that has undergone customisation,  such as fall / picot stitching, blouse tailoring, or customisation of colour / design.
  • Handloom Irregularities: Minor unevenness in weave, minor slubs in fabric, or slight colour variations are inherent characteristics of hand-woven products and are not considered defects.
  • Sarees with missing tags or altered packaging.

3. Refund Policy 

  • Method : Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method as credit on your bank account 
  • Time line : refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the product.
  • Shipping coasts : original shipping coasts are non-refundable. if you received free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from the refund.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the product back.
  • Damaged / defective items : a full refund or exchange will be provided.
  • refund mode : refunds will be credited to the original payment mode.
  • shipping charges : original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • we reserve the right to reject a return if the item appears used, damaged, or altered.
  • if a parcel is returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, the customer will be charged for re-shipping.
